Very good customer service, Danellys was freindly and responsive. The dress is very nice, well crafted and in quality fabric, and wrapped in a nice package. 4 stars out of 5 because the fit is a bit too large despite custom measurements and I wish the zipper was installed in a more discreet way (inside the fabric). But otherwise the dress is as described and I recommend it.

So the dress overall is nice BUT the seller changed the zipper style for a tacky chunky red zipper instead of the fine metal ones you see on pics. Seller refused to admit this changed design and overall quality when it does, doesn’t even suggest partial refund so I can change it.
For £115 I am definitely not happy and do not recommend. 3 weeks to get something that was not as pictured ! Super misleading, what you see is not going to be what you get.
High quality, great fit, just as described. And very timely delivery. Unfortunately I ordered a color that I love, turquoise, but in a coat it looks like PJ’s. altho her colors are accurate, I encourage you to think about how it wil look in a big swath!
