Autumn / Winter Collection
Where the Cold Becomes a Reason to Dress Beautifully
The Danellys Autumn/Winter collection is the fullest expression of what handcrafted, natural-fabric dressing looks like when the temperatures fall. It brings together coats, cloaks, cardigans, sweaters, hoodies, knit dresses, trousers, skirts, and blouses into a complete cold-weather wardrobe — one built around wool, crafted by hand, and made to order entirely for you.
Wool is the foundation of this collection and it earns that position entirely on its own merits. No synthetic insulator replicates what wool does naturally — its structure traps warmth while breathing with the body, regulating temperature as you move between cold streets and warm interiors rather than simply sealing heat in. The collection draws on standard wool, boiled wool, knit wool, and mohair, each with its own character. Boiled wool, used throughout the coat range, is the most robust — denser, more wind-resistant, and structured enough to hold a beautiful silhouette over years of wear.
The coat selection is the heart of the collection. Short wool swing coats in their clean A-line shape are the everyday workhorses — universally flattering, endlessly versatile, and available with or without a hood. The oversized camel wool coat is a winter classic that works over everything. Long hooded coats with asymmetrical zips bring a more architectural edge. And at the most dramatic end of the range, the full-length wool hooded cloak makes winter dressing feel genuinely cinematic.
The cardigans and cloaks sit between knitwear and outerwear in the best possible way. Long hooded cardigan cloaks in knitted wool — floor-grazing, open-fronted, deeply warm — can be worn as a standalone autumn layer, belted over a dress, or beneath a wool coat for deep winter. These are the pieces that define the Danellys aesthetic most clearly: natural materials given a genuinely artistic, distinctive silhouette.
Sweaters and hoodies form the warm mid-layer of the collection. Cowl-neck hooded sweaters with thumb holes, fitted turtleneck sweatshirts with zippers, oversized cotton hoodies, and the black asymmetrical turtleneck tunic sweater with its dramatic draped hem all offer different answers to the question of what warmth should look like. Knitted dresses extend this further — the long turtleneck maxi sweater dress, the hooded mini knitted dress, and the hooded asymmetrical dress with thumb holes are complete outfits in themselves, pairing naturally with knee-high boots or layered over wool culottes for a more dramatic proportion.
The bottoms in this collection are predominantly wool and carry real character. Wide-leg wool palazzo culottes in grey and black are fashion-forward and genuinely warm. Drop-crotch wool harem trousers offer a more relaxed, free-spirited winter silhouette. Floor-length Victorian wool walking skirts bring the most romantic option — beautiful paired with an Edwardian blouse and a long hooded cardigan cloak for a complete, deeply considered look.
Bolero shrugs in cream, white, and black complete the collection with a lighter touch — the perfect shoulder layer for winter occasions, evening events, and cold-weather weddings where a full coat would be too much.
The colour palette runs from deep Camel and rich Cream through Mustard, Teal Blue, Dark Green, Burgundy, and Cherry Red, anchored throughout by Black, Graphite, and Dark Grey. Every piece is made to order in a full size range with custom sizing available — because the right winter wardrobe should fit exactly right.
