I dont feel great writing this review but as a shopper, I'd be appreciative of reading what i'm about to say if i were considering this coat:
Honestly. The quality sucks.
--The wool either is extremely short-fibre or a wool-poly blend—from touch alone you can feel it. This coat picks up so much dust, it's impossible to keep it looking crisp and clean. It's not because it's black.
--The hem is puckered so the bottom of the coat has a bubbly wave to it, it does NOT hang flat or streamlined.
--The lining is cheap polyester/nylon, and makes SO MUCH NOISE when you walk
--the way the coat closes, you land up almost kicking the coat when you walk. i constantly am tripping over myself.

For $330, this has been such a bust. I have Zara coats that are nicer.
Great customer service and product. The wool is thicker than I expected. Loved my coat so much, I ordered a second in another color.
